Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume retail location, driving profitability, brand standards, and customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop a diverse team while ensuring top-tier service and adherence to Curaleaf’s policies.

This role requires open availability, strong leadership, and the ability to forecast payroll, manage the P&L, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with state regulations. Travel of 10–25% is expected.
