Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Florida. You will assist the Store Manager, lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and help meet financial targets.

The role requires open availability on weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights; travel to other locations for training and coverage (10%-25%) is expected. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced selling environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to measure success via financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong salesmanship and revenue-driving experience.
• Attention to cash handling and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Lead by example to drive selling behaviors aligned with brand culture and targets.
• Monitor customer service and coach team members.
• Share customer service best practices to deliver a delightful guest experience.
• Supervise store operations, shifts, delegation and scheduling.
• Oversee cash handling, bank deposits, and ledger accuracy.
• Analyze inventory trends and supervise ordering to avoid stockouts/overstock.
• Maintain knowledge of POS systems and LeafLogix.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain respectful relations.
• Travel to other locations for training and coverage (10%-25%).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
