Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate in Ocala, FL. You will lead a retail team, deliver exceptional customer service, ensure loss prevention and inventory accuracy, and uphold SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, improving guest experiences, managing opening/closing duties, and maintaining clean, compliant operations while meeting daily KPIs and promoting brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in retail.
