Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, profitability, and team development. You will champion Curaleaf’s mission while driving sales, managing payroll, and ensuring customer excellence.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, forecast staffing needs, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams with talent development.
• Strong communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional customer service with a solutions-minded approach.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback and managing change.
• Oversight of store operations including visual merchandising, financial management, and loss prevention.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to complying with state regulations.
• Direct supervision of team members and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Travel 10% - 25%.
