Job summary

Victra, one of the leading Verizon authorized retailers in the United States, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team and drive sales performance. You will coach sales specialists, enhance customer experiences, and oversee daily operations to ensure store up-time and merchandising standards.

You will set goals, monitor metrics, and mentor staff to achieve quotas, while maintaining a fun, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team and coach sales specialists to reach targets.
• Drive customer experiences and product solutions on the sales floor.
• Manage daily store operations and merchandising.
• Set and share daily/weekly goals with the team.
• Analyze sales data and cash handling compliance.
• Open/close store procedures and respond to customer issues.
