Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets while guiding merchandising and daily operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will foster team growth, set goals, monitor performance, and ensure a smooth in-store environment. This role includes training, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly sales goals with the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Analyze staffing needs and store performance data.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising and planogram compliance.
