T-Mobile is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in a retail environment. You will lead hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching to maintain high standards and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities include managing staffing, marketing, loss prevention, and labor controls while monitoring metrics to improve customer satisfaction and business results. A strong customer-focused leader with 2–4 years of management experience is preferred.

Formación

• Leadership and people-management experience in retail or service environments.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to resolve issues.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach staff to meet standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employee development and coaching to improve customer interactions and complete required training on schedule
• Resolve customer issues to enhance the customer experience and align with brand expectations
• Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention to ensure store success
• Monitor sales, inventory, and store programs to support operational excellence and implement new initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
