Responsibilities

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures; maintain professional etiquette.
• Execute retail operations plan to meet growth targets for profit, revenue, and production.
• Maintain day-to-day store operations and address staff and customer needs.
• Coordinate with Retail Regional Manager to monitor product levels and budget.
• Coordinate with Retail Regional Manager to set strategic goals and objectives.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions within defined area.
• Ensure compliance with security, health and safety policies; adapt as needed.
• Work with HR to train and develop staff per HR systems and procedures.
• Partner with HR to meet people-management goals and resolve performance issues.
• Recruit and retain top talent; monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate with various Goodwill Divisions.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear uniform.
• Ensure regular attendance.
• Perform all other essential duties.
