Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a Retail Store location in New Jersey. You will lead daily operations, drive growth in revenue and profit, and manage staff performance from hiring through development, while maintaining excellent customer service and brand standards.

You will collaborate with the Retail Regional Manager on strategic goals, oversee HR processes, and ensure compliance with all safety and security policies.
