The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to train and develop a high performing team.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager and HR to optimize staffing, performance, and customer satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Business acumen including revenue, profit and loss oversight.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and customers in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations to meet profit and sales targets.
• Lead, train, and develop store staff; manage performance and turnover.
• Partner with Regional Manager to set strategic goals and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain excellent customer service and uphold Goodwill brand standards.
• Oversee inventory control and loss prevention measures.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, training, and employee relations.
