Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to drive retail operations at a Mesa store. You will lead the Assistant Store Managers, Production Team, and Donation Attendants, directing daily tasks to meet revenue and donation goals while upholding Goodwill brand standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, budgeting, inventory control, and ensuring excellent donor and customer service. A strong focus on training, safety, and community partnerships is required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to help drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Manages a high-performing team and delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Partnerships with community organizations to promote Goodwill mission.
