Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a qualified Retail Manager to drive store operations and donor service at a Phoenix location. You will lead the Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants while ensuring budgets, payroll, and brand standards are met.

The role requires retail management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve income, revenue, and production goals.
• Lead Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Monitor payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Coordinate with Retail District Manager on strategic plans.
• Maintain store appearance and brand standards.
