• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Asset Protection practices and maintain store conditions.
