Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store to meet SOPs and company standards.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets with the team and budget.
• Lead execution of customer brand promises.
• Implement shrink and safety programs to meet goals.
• Set and communicate goals using company tools and supervise staff.
• Staff the store with qualified Team Members and oversee performance management.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and ensure cross training in framing operations.
