Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. You will drive sales performance, manage daily store operations, and lead a customer-focused team in a fast-paced retail setting.

As the heart of the Lids customer experience, you will ensure engaging service, maintain store standards, and support merchandising and inventory processes while growing team capability and store profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Aufgaben

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting for sales and tasks, and follow-up.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment, aligning work with company objectives and store success.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by upholding Lids Brand Standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, calling in associates for unexpected peaks when needed.
• Participate in LIDS Training Programs, adhere to goals and follow up.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Encourage compliance with company policies, safeguarding inventory, funds and property.
• Other duties as assigned.
