You will coach staff, assist with hiring, and ensure proper execution of sales programs, order processing, invoicing, and security procedures. The role emphasizes training, scheduling, and building maintenance in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Required certifications listed in the job posting.
• Certification in parts or automotive service preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and team execution.
• Coordinate staffing for peak retail hours and assist with hiring and interviewing.
• Coach and mentor team members and manage training progress.
• Ensure timely processing of orders, transfers, and shipments; contact customers about arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise invoicing, core charges, and warranties are accurate before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Enforce policies, schedules, clock-ins/outs, and store security procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties, cash handling, deposits, and alarm checks.
• Maintain store building, signage, lighting, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
