Responsibilities include daily operations, order processing, returns handling, and ensuring security during opening and closing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the store manager, adherence to policies, and continuous training to maintain high performance across the team.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Help manage staffing at the sales counter during peak hours and assist in setting and reviewing goals.
• Participate in recruiting tasks, schedule and conduct interviews, and help select qualified team members.
• Ensure telephone etiquette per policy and timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub, and DC add orders.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled efficiently with proper payment methods.
• Confirm invoicing before product leaves the store and communicate Zipline messages; delegate merchandising and tasks as assigned.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, secure money, deposits, and building security; support maintenance of store operations.
