Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an experienced store leader to guide a team in providing outstanding customer service to both retail and professional customers. The role includes supervising the sales floor, implementing service programs, participating in hiring, and ensuring efficient store operations and security.

The position emphasizes coaching employees, meeting goals, coordinating with management, and maintaining all aspects of the store, including returns, invoicing, and asset maintenance,

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, interviewing, coaching and goal setting.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds and ensure proper invoicing and payment methods.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, money handling and security checks.
• Maintain store building, parking lot, signage, and in-store service equipment.
