O’Reilly Auto Parts in the United States is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service. You will oversee showroom service programs, staffing for peak hours, and mentor staff while supporting recruiting and training initiatives.

You will ensure accurate returns, invoicing, and timely order processing. You’ll also coordinate merchandising tasks, communicate store policies, and handle day-to-day store operations, including

Qualificações

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service at the showroom and execute service programs.
• Help staffing for peak retail hours and set team goals with feedback.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing before shipment.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and building.
