FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on coaching staff, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving store performance and profitability.

You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, merchandise presentation, and compliance while supporting talent recruitment and development. Competitive pay includes commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service and coaching skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns
• Coach and develop team members to meet company standards
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection
• Open and close the store and handle cash procedures
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for accuracy
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards
• Analyze performance metrics to help achieve business objectives
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories
