FirstCash is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding customer service across a wide range of merchandise.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $22.00–$24.00 with unlimited commission and a store performance bonus, plus benefits like earned wage access, employee discounts, and tuition reimbursement. Flexible weekend schedule and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Open and close the store, cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
