FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and promote a customer‑centric shopping experience. The role emphasizes profitability, asset protection, and team development in a retail jewelry and general merchandise setting.

You will share responsibilities with the Store Manager, including scheduling, training, and driving sales growth. The compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and a performance bonus, with benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience supervising others.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent via company channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and safe procedures.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and purchasing processes for value and risk.
• Complete tasks and training for self‑development as requested.
• Communicate clearly with staff to share store goals and profit objectives.
• Remain up‑to‑date on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Other related duties as assigned.
