Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA is hiring a Retail Store Associate. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and operate the cash register while balancing the till.

Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and support donation processing to help transform lives through work. The role requires strong communication, basic math, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Ability to work a full shift of at least 8 hours and rotate evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with merchandise selection and questions.
• Operate the store cash register and balance cash at shift end.
• Ensure excellent customer service and direct complaints to the right staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise according to company standards.
• Assist in donation processing, prep, and loading/unloading as needed.
