Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Lead Assistant Store Manager to help drive store performance and customer experience. You will assist in daily operations, coaching staff, and meeting sales goals, while overseeing inventory and merchandising to align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Retail preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
