ALDI in Town of Orchard Park, NY is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to help lead day-to-day store operations, supervise staff, and implement action plans to improve operating results.

You’ll manage schedules, payroll, inventory, training, and safety, while upholding ALDI’s standards and customer service. Starting wage is $27.50 per hour with a Year 2 increase to $28.50, and an approximate 38-hour workweek for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication with direct reports.
• Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses.

Responsabilités

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Monitor competitive environment and adjust strategies as needed.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of store personnel.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
