Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities for the team.
• Supervise payroll, inventory, and training of new employees to meet company standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and adherence to policies and loss-prevention measures.
