Job summary

The role involves developing operational action plans, training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Full-time position with starting wage $25.00 per hour and a wage increase to $26.00 per hour in year 2, plus competitive benefits including 401(k) plans and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Meets state and local requirements for handling alcohol

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Communicates information including weekly information, major team milestones, developments, and concerns.
• Monitors inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
