ALDI Uniontown, PA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager. You will support the store leader in daily operations, manage schedules and drive performance while developing the team.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and operational oversight to maintain ALDI standards. The position offers a starting wage of $25.00 per hour with a wage increase to $26.00 per hour in Year 2, and a full benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.

• Assist direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance and development.
• Monitor competitive environment and adjust operations as needed.

• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash controls are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and safety standards.
