Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment with progressive responsibility.
• Prior management experience preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to develop the team and improve performance.
• Model ALDI core values and foster teamwork across the store.
• Monitor local competition and suggest adjustments to leadership.
