Job summary

The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead in Lithonia, GA to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). You will represent the brand, engage customers, and uphold store standards while supporting team development.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, addressing performance, participating in training, and ensuring customer service excellence, safety, and brand integrity across daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support and participate in company training initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and give timely feedback.
• Assess performance and provide feedback during reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
