Job summary

The Children\'s Place in Columbus, GA is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role requires engaging customers, upholding store standards, and developing the team.

You will represent the brand, drive customer service excellence, and help manage daily operations, payroll, and scheduling while fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching and training of associates.
• Partners with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely, objective feedback.
• Assess performance and provide feedback during reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
