Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in training associates and coaching in the moment.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
• Assess performance and provide feedback during reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and great service.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Support management to maximize productivity via operations and product knowledge.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) program and payroll processing weekly.
• Modify schedules as needed and maintain a clean stockroom.
