Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Retail Sales Team Lead in Denver to drive customer service excellence and meet sales objectives. You will coach staff, oversee store operations, and optimize inventory processes while maintaining merchandising standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager on staffing, scheduling, and escalations, while leading with industry insights to boost performance. This role requires flexibility for nights/weekends and a commitment to Comcast experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Comcast may consider combinations of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coaches retail sales associates to hit sales targets and service metrics.
• Facilitates onboarding and ongoing development of new hires for exceptional customer experience.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards and ensures store demos work properly.
• Partners with Store Manager to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resolving customer escalations.
• Implements procedures to improve store efficiency, focusing on inventory control and back-of-house operations.
• Leads inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and best practices.
• Analyzes performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Provides product and service knowledge and stays updated on industry trends for the team.
• Maintains regular attendance; able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
• Comcast experience preferred.
• Other duties as assigned.
