Comcast is seeking a Retail Sales Team Lead in Colorado to drive outstanding customer service, meet sales targets, and oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory control. You will coach staff and partner with the Store Manager to optimize performance.

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–7 years in retail leadership. Night and weekend availability is required. Comcast offers competitive pay, commission opportunities, and best-in-class benefits to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant retail leadership experience.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Coach retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development of new hires.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling with Store Manager; resolve escalations.
• Enhance store efficiency through operational procedures and inventory control.
• Lead inventory accuracy through cycle counts and best practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide product and service knowledge and stay updated on trends.
