Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations and drive store performance. You will supervise Team Members, manage payroll and operating costs, and ensure outstanding donor and customer service while maintaining GCNA standards.

The role requires one year of retail management and customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
• Monitors product levels and budget targets.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Trains and develops Store Team Members.
• Occasionally travels to other GCNA locations for support.
