Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily sales floor activities across GCNA stores in Arizona. You will drive store performance, supervise Team Members, manage payroll and operating budgets, and ensure exceptional donor and customer service experiences.

The role requires retail leadership experience, strong communication, and travel to other GCNA locations as needed for coverage and training.

Qualifikationen

• One year of retail management experience.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve budget targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• De-escalates customer situations and resolves issues.
• Maintains clean, well-kept stores reflecting the Goodwill brand.
• Travels to other GCNA locations to assist stores and attend training.
• Partners with support areas to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Leads and develops store team members; drives culture and performance.
