Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations, ensure excellent donor and customer service, and manage inventory, payroll, and budgets. You will train team members and may travel to support other GCNA locations.

The role requires at least one year in retail management and one year of customer service, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is preferred. Comprehensive benefits and paid time off are included.

• Leads daily operations of the sales floor to meet income, revenue and production goals.

• Ensures excellent customer service from donors and customers.
• De-escalates customer situations and resolves issues.
• Trains and develops store team members and acts as a key holder.
• Travels to assist other GCNA locations as needed.
