Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily sales-floor operations and drive achievement of income, revenue, and production goals. You will supervise team members, manage inventories, and ensure excellent donor/customer service while upholding Goodwill brand standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management and customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel between GCNA locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and support store leadership.
