Job summary

Dollar Tree is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. The role includes assisting with opening/closing, merchandising, transfers from delivery to floor, and ensuring store standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork abilities, a focus on customer service, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time position based in Lansdale, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform daily physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates and train team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stockroom organization and loss prevention.
