Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. The role involves assisting with daily store activities, supervising associates, and ensuring merchandise is well organized and displayed.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, following directives, managing stock, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Part-time position based in Meadville, PA with opportunities to contribute to loss prevention and performance

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions or concerns in a positive manner.
• Maintain merchandise organization from delivery to floor, including seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain attractive fixtures and displays and ensure promotional consistency.
• Assist in ordering, damage processing, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Protect store assets including cash; adhere to safety policies.
