Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and frequent standing, walking, bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain storefront fixtures and displays for promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits).
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom according to standards.
• Protect store assets, including cash, and adhere to safety policies.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment and professional customer interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and overall presentation.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
