Job summary

POP MART in Camarillo, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach a team, manage inventory, execute merchandising plans, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will partner with the Store Manager to meet KPIs, develop talent, and ensure POP MART's premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints. This role is on-site in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of store operations and customer experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads on floor.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage daily store operations.
• Drive sales KPIs including conversion, UPT, ATV, and payroll productivity.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
