Job summary

POP MART Riverside, CA invites applications for an Assistant Store Manager who will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and uphold POP MART's premium brand experience on the floor. You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and customer engagement, while ensuring standards, scheduling, and loss prevention are followed.

A high school diploma and 2+ years in retail leadership are preferred; a passion for designer toys and pop culture helps

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans that drive results.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

• Leadership & Talent Development: recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Customer Experience: deliver exceptional customer engagement and brand experiences on the sales floor.
• Sales & Business Performance: analyze KPIs and implement plans to improve sales.
• Store Operations: oversee opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Visual Merchandising & Inventory: execute planograms and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Brand & Community: act as brand ambassador and support events and store openings.
