Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Camarillo is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and ensure POP MART’s brand standards are reflected on the floor.

You will oversee onboarding, scheduling, merchandising, inventory integrity, and store safety, with hands-on leadership on the shop floor and as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by leading from the sales floor and setting the standard for customer engagement.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, including UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives; maintain inventory accuracy through counts and replenishment.
• Promote product launches, limited-edition releases, and seasonal campaigns.
