Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of standing for long periods and performing light to moderate physical tasks.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
