Job summary

The North Face in Livermore is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the store’s leadership team and drive an exceptional in-store customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and profitability.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Manage stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
