Qualifications

• Foundational skills: drive results, coach diverse teams, strong communication, adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and maintain a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates; supervise daily store operations.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity, shipments, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
