Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive personalized customer engagement, coach Associates, and ensure seamless daily operations, including stockroom and visual merchandising, while upholding safety and brand standards.

You will monitor KPIs, help the team exceed sales goals, and mentor staff in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is based in-store and requires hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• Foundational coaching, motivating diverse teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with basic computer software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with customers.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations; organize inventory and ensure timely product flow.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement and participate in local initiatives/events.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
