Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and training while maintaining stock integrity and visual standards.

In this role you will partner with leadership to implement company policies, manage cash handling, and ensure a fun, inclusive environment for the team. Previous retail leadership is preferred.

• Ability to work without supervision.

Responsabilités

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates, set goals, and provide follow-up in manager's absence.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Lead customer service efforts and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Open/close the store and support inventory counts and audits.
