Job summary

Goodwill Omaha in Papillion is seeking a full-time Store Operations Manager Assistant to support daily store operations and advance the Goodwill Mission. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance and deliver exceptional service.

You will recruit, hire, develop and supervise staff, manage cash handling and deposits, ensure donations are processed promptly, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all facets of store operations.
• Recruit, hire, develop, supervise, schedule and evaluate store personnel.
• Provide on-the-job training and onboarding for staff.
• Maintain cash handling, deposits, and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Ensure donations are processed promptly and safely.
• Support loss prevention and merchandise organization.
